face dessert… mmm!

Ladies (and gents), I’m going to try and make this as short and sweet as possible. I’m going to share with you a way in which you can indulge in chocolate without having to worry about how it might affect your thighs, belly, or bum.

All you’re going to need are the following ingredients:

* Cocoa powder
* Honey – preferably organic
* Yogurt
* A bowl and spoon to mix the ingredients together.

Make sure you are wearing something that is comfortable and that you don’t mind getting dirty because this could get messy! So, start off by taking a tablespoon of cocoa powder and a tablespoon of honey and mix them together. Then add a tablespoon of yogurt and make sure they are mixed together well; ensure that there aren’t any clumps anywhere in the mixture.

Once the mixture is ready, chill in the fridge for a few minutes (5-10 minutes tops); take it out and slap it on your face! (Don’t literally slap yourself… I’m sure you knew that though). Make sure to avoid the eye area (and mouth), and leave it on for approximately 20-25 minutes. There will definitely be enough left for a few more masks, so while you wait for it to do its magic on your face, cover the remainder of the mask that’s in the bowl and stick it in the fridge for later use. I recommend doing this mask once a day until you run out of it, otherwise it will spoil. If you feel like you might not have time to do this again any time soon, you can either cut the ingredients in half – for two uses – or quarter – for one use – (i.e. half or quarter of a tablespoon of each ingredient) OR you can always use the rest of it on your body and pamper yourself a little before a shower!

When the 20-25 minutes are over, rinse the mask off with lukewarm water, pat your face dry and immediately moisturize your face to lock in the moisture. Your skin should feel firmer and smoother!

Must get some chocolate! *Lick lick*

Reasons why this is good for you:
In general, this mask helps with increasing skin hydration. It helps tighten pores and protects the skin from every day damage and pollution that it might be exposed to. It is also a good way to detox and fights free radicals.

The specifics:
* Cocoa powder is extremely high in antioxidants and can be very moisturizing.
* Honey is used for its rejuvenating and reparative powers for skin cells. It helps with the treatment of acne and is also abundant in antioxidants.
* Yogurt helps brighten the skin, tighten pores, treat blemishes, fade scars, and treat irritated skin.

It’s like making dessert for your face!
